Teacher Fuel – White Coffee Espresso – Idaho Series
White Coffee is a moderately new product to the coffee world in the Americas. It is an under-roasted bean to reduce “coffee taste” and maximize caffeine content in the roast. We used a Peruvian and Colombian blend to generate a nutty very light product with maximum punch. Most people choose to draw an espresso shot and then put into certain drink profiles such as gingerbread or other lattes which would pair well with the subtle flavor and start the day with a caffeine kick. For this reason, we thought of our teachers out there who need the extra boost in the morning, and also love their specialty coffees! Here is a tribute to our educators out there, especially those in Idaho! Â
